How to grow a strong brain

If you want your brain to be healthy this is what you need.

  • You need to have a good night sleep.
  • Don't stress, it doesn't help your learning.
  • Eat healthy food for morning tea and lunch.
  • Drink heaps of water.
  • Always give your brain a challenge.
  • Always have breaks when your studying.
  • Change your seat every couple of hours




These are all of the steps to keep your brain healthy.
