- You need to have a good night sleep.
- Don't stress, it doesn't help your learning.
- Eat healthy food for morning tea and lunch.
- Drink heaps of water.
- Always give your brain a challenge.
- Always have breaks when your studying.
- Change your seat every couple of hours
These are all of the steps to keep your brain healthy.
