Cleaning the Calf Club Shed with Ella
Last weekend when I was at the Calf Club shed with Ella we were so bored that we decided to clean the Calf Club shed. It was so dirty and messy that you could not even walk inside it! So first we started putting all of the boxes in order and stacking them up nicely. Then we put all of the dirty calf covers in the shed where you do your calf. We tidied all of the washing equipment up and stack all of the washing buckets. We also swepped the shed and got all of the hay out. When we had finished we called Ella’s mum over to have a look and she was so surprised that she let Ella and I go to town to go shopping!

Kiwis Set Free Into Hunua Ranges
Kiwis have been set free into Hunua Ranges. The people that were involved in this event were the Council staff, mana, whenua, volunteers, locals, friends and family members. It happened on April the 6th 2017 this year. It happened in Southeast of Auckland (Hunua Ranges). It happened because the Kiwis need a predator free zone so there will be Kiwis left in the world. Five kiwis have been released in Auckland's Hunua Ranges for the first time in 50 years. Our opinion is that we think it is a good idea that kiwis are getting released into zones with no predators around their area. We got this information kiwikidsnews.
Question: How many kiwi’s are in the world? There are now fewer than 100,000 kiwi’s in the world.

At Ella's House
When I was at Ella's house on Saturday we were so board that we decided to make Chocolate Muffin Brownie Lava Cakes. It was meant to be a brownie but we decided to make it as a Cup Cake. We were coping off the recipe but we decided to edit it a little bit. So we added extra milk and extra water and some raspberries. It was my idea to make the brownies into muffins. On the table we had made such a mess that it was really hard to clean up. Then we put the muffins into the oven for 25 minutes and while we were waiting we were licking the spoons and cleaning up the table. After cleaning up the table I went to check them and they were ready! I got a towel and pulled the tray out of the oven and let them settle.
When Ella went to put one in a plate she dropped one and it went splat on the ground. All of this chocolate came oozing out of the muffin. I got a plate and tasted one of the muffins but it was not cooked properly so we had to put them in the oven for longer. Suddenly we smelled a burning smell and when we took them out of the oven they were really hard on the top of them. They were a little burned but we still ate them. I had about 4 muffins that night because they were so yum!
