To the Minister of Education,

Why are you cutting Reading? Reading is one of the best subject in the world! It is really important to know how to read in this country because it is useful when your older. If you don't know how to read, you will not get far in life so why are you cutting it! I will stop you if I have to and you will never cut reading! Thousands of kids in New Zealand have trouble reading and if you cut it they will get worse and will not learn how to read. So please don't cut reading in our country.

How could/do I take the lead...in my family.

How could/do I take the lead...in my family.

I take the lead in my family when I help around the house and do jobs. I am a true Warmington as I look and am like my dad. I sometimes even pay for my own stuff so that my parents don't have to pay. Soon I will be able to baby sit children and I will be able to take the lead in other children as well.

I have a big group of friends. There is not a leader of the group because we are all leaders of the group. I do take the lead with my friends sometimes if I am in a group or we are deciding something. If they need help I will take the lead and help them. We all help each other and be our own leader in our group.

Taking the lead in your life means making choices for yourself. I take the lead in my life by making the right choices and following whatever I want to do, not what my friends wanna do. I make choices that are best for me and that I'm comfortable with. They are always the right choices. I'm taking the lead in my dreams as I would really like to be a soccer player.

I always take the lead in my learning. I always do my own learning, not anybody else's. I always finish my work in time and I always do it properly. I am a leader of my own learning. If people ask for help I am always more than happy to help them with anything. Sometimes I sit with my friends because they help me but I sometimes sit by myself if I need to get my work done.

Definition Of Leadership

Leadership means taking the lead in something. Of example, if you were in a group and you were taking the lead in the group then your the leader. Like Jacinda Ardern, she is the leader of our country. Richie Mccaw is a leader too. A leader is a bit like a boss. In some cases, being a leader is not always being the boss, it also means doing the right thing in the right place at the right time. That is what being a leader is.
