The other day the Whetu team made our mums a necklace out of air dry clay. First we cut out a shape and put something in it.
Then we let it dye.
After that we put some Indian ink on it and then we put some water or rubbed a tissue on it to make it lighter.
Then we let them dry and Mrs Heaven put holes in them.
Then we put some coloured string and threaded it threw the holes and knotted
it. After we wrapped the necklace in paper and made a envelope. Then we said a little message on it and taped it up. It will be posted
some time this week!
